A key element of maintaining competitiveness as an employer in talent markets and effectively managing human capital investment is knowing what other employers are doing with their rewards. The Arthur J Gallagher annual Benefits Strategy and Benchmarking Survey is one of the largest in the US. In this session, we will bring you the latest 2017 benchmarking information and go way beyond data like deductibles and coinsurance to discuss the reports’ strategic insights, employers’ operational priorities, total rewards strategies and tactics for cost control. Just a few of our discussion points include: benchmarking data from over 4,000 employers across all industries, data on employer tactics for cost control, communication and engagement and technology, and statistical analysis “ employers of choice” and “best in class” employers.

Nicole is an Area Senior Vice President and the Tampa Market Leader for Arthur J. Gallagher (AJG) in the Tampa, Florida office. Nicole has over twenty years of benefits consulting and human resources experience.  Nicole is responsible for managing the Tampa branch, including day to day operations, client and carrier relationships and team sales results. She also maintains a client base of varying employers including Public Entities as well as groups in the Health Care Industry, those with Union representation and Government Contractors. Prior to joining Arthur J. Gallagher, Nicole was the Employee Benefits Practice Leader for Brown & Brown Insurance in their Metro D.C. office. She was responsible for managing the department including directing operations, sales process and client deliverables. Nicole also maintained a book of business of employers with multi locations and government contractors. Nicole graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She received her Group Benefits Disability Specialist designation in 2010. Nicole believes in community involvement and giving back and is a graduate of Leadership Prince William. Nicole is a Paul Harris Fellow and the Immediate Past President of the Dunedin Waterside Rotary Club where she was recognized as “Rotarian of the Year” for 2015.
