Pam joins the Willis Human Capital Practice as a Senior HR Consultant. She is a seasoned human resources professional and thought leader with more than 20 years of experience providing HR consultation and direction to executives, managers and employees for various organizations. She has depth and breadth of expertise in compensation, benefits, HR communications and systems implementation.
Pam’s experience spans both the health care industry and the private, for-profit world where she most recently directed and consulted in the area of total compensation and HR best practices for a large, global entity marked as the 20th largest employer worldwide.
Her background includes leadership positions in human resources where she conducted total rewards gap assessments and implemented solutions related to employee engagement, performance management, FLSA and FMLA compliance, and work life challenges.
Pam earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Towson University, is an active member of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and World at Work (WAW) and has done speaking engagements at several national forums, most recently at the annual Meeting of the Minds as a guest speaker for ADP.
