As more and more organizations identify a skills gap, an increasing number are reinventing their Training and Development strategy with the objectives of attracting, retaining and developing the very best talent. So how does your organization compare?

This session evaluates the state of the Learning and Development industry, in which the latest findings by Docebo, ATD and Training Magazine are evaluated and presented as a benchmark to illustrate what organizations are doing in regards to employee Training and Development. The overview is intended to save you time by allowing you to avoid wading through voluminous reports and industry data to get to the heart of the facts!

Attendees will obtain unbiased information for immediate application and professional benefit. Additionally, the interactive approach provides opportunities to network and speak to fellow HR professionals to share best practice and understand how your Training and Development strategy stacks up.
