Autism Shifts Mission:

We empower the Autism Community by providing:

·         Specialized Training

·         Resources

·         Connection Opportunities

We guide our community from a place a fear and worry of an uncertain future to hope and joyful anticipation of living their best possible life.

Autism Facts:

  • Today, 1 in 54 children are diagnosed with Autism.
  • Our Autism Community is growing rapidly and business will experience more of the Autism community in their own employee base.  This will includes individuals diagnosed with autism and parents/caregivers/families of those diagnosed.
  • In our environment today, Autism is a very stigmatized diagnosis causing families a lot of worry, discouragement and fear.  This can greatly affect an employee’s performance at work.
  • The Autism community is not self-identifying to their employers for fear of losing their jobs or concern that it will affect their position in some way.  This can cause more anxiety for them.
  • Employers can provide support to the Autism community and create a more passionate and dedicated employee base.
