Embedded in our leadership responsibilities is the foundational principle that inclusion requires a state of feeling respected, supported, valued, and considerate of individual needs. Life-Long Learning Through educational programs, HR Tampa leaders will develop high-impact programs by offering content that challenges and enriches the members; with a goal to exceed member expectations in their own professional development. Programs will be offered that support all levels of HR experience and that align with SHRM’s competency model. Community HR Tampa leaders are committed to an unwavering community within the membership, our respected organizations, and the Tampa Bay community.
