Angie Brown is the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness at The Florida Aquarium where she has been employed for over 22 years.  Angie graduated from Oklahoma State University and a few short months later was immersed in the military dependent life.   Over the years she was blessed with great opportunities, including The Florida Aquarium while it was in its construction stage.  Angie uses tools such as DISC personality assessments, TEAM assessments and also is certified in most of Franklin Covey’s programs.  Her personal favorite is the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.  Angie is also certified in Appreciative Inquiry which she says has changed her life.


Kevin Brunelle, Director of Training

Kevin Brunelle is an active-duty law enforcement officer and serves as the Director of Training for LEO Gear. Kevin has nearly 30 years of experience in law enforcement, with over 3,800 hours of specialized police training. He earned a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University in West Virginia in 2010 and is a 2013 graduate of the FBI National Academy.

Katie Busch is the founder of HR Compensation Consultants, LLC and offers over 15 years of progressive compensation experience having worked in various industries, including high-tech, loyalty marketing, pharmaceuticals, retail, manufacturing and logistics solutions. She started her career in governmental consulting work. Her recent experience also includes implementing classification and pay plans for countries in Latin America and Europe.
