  • General
  • Business/Strategy – Must help participants make a greater contribution to their organization’s success in a strategic way (i.e. not tactical or administrative).  Participants should gleam information for developing, contributing to, and supporting the organization’s mission, vision, values, strategic goals and objectives; formulating policies; guiding and leading the change process; or evaluating HR’s contribution to organizational effectiveness.
  • International – Must focus on an organization’s global HR needs such as strategic global HR management; global talent acquisition; global compensation and benefits; global organizational effectiveness and talent development; global workforce relations and risk management.
This presentation is suitable for which one of the following types of credits? (If other than general, please ensure that your description above clearly describes how your presentation will meet HRCI’s requirements.)         

  • If I am selected, I agree to adhere to the deadline schedule furnished by the Director of Programs.                          
  • My presentation is not a showcase for promotion of my business, practice or product, and I will not sell my products or services from the HR Tampa platform.
  • I will not change the subject or title of my presentation without the approval of the Director of Programs.
  • I will provide an electronic file of my presentation to HR Tampa.
  • HR Tampa is not responsible for shipping or printing charges.
  • For conference presentations – I will not conduct this exact presentation to a similar Florida SHRM group within 60 days prior to the conference
